This 2 week gym trail is designed for women . In this plan there will be 3 elements of focus: booty growth, fat loss & cardiovascular endurance.
This plan will give you hands on access to the FabFitForever app as well as check ins with Coach Fab! You’ll be able to view the plan, track current weights, upload progress pictures & log nutrition.
All information will be seen by Coach Fab only.
Integrate your favorite apps like my fitness pal & your Apple Watch to be able to stay on track and easily track progress.
Workouts are 4-5x a week targeting different body parts with rest in between.
Results in 2 weeks are dependent on your efforts, consistency and nutrition. If you are just starting back into the gym this would be a perfect plan to follow. If you are new to the gym, this is a great plan to start with because all the set up work is done.
Each day there will be video demonstrations and write up of exactly how to complete each exercise, you’ll be able to leave feedback to Coach Fab for discussion on check in days.
